Sideline Labs started with fundraising. Raffles, sweepstakes, race nights and events — the unglamorous work of making sure our players could afford tournament trips, memorable experiences and decent equipment. Anyone who has run a grassroots team knows the truth: the hardest part of volunteer sport isn't the coaching. It's the money admin, the spreadsheets, and the hours after the kids go home.

Sideline Labs is an independent studio in Belfast, run by a volunteer coach, building tools for the people who do that work. Not enterprise software with a grassroots coat of paint — small, sharp, free-to-try tools built on real sidelines, shipped in the open.

What exists today: four free beta apps (reaction training, sprint analysis, drill design and animation) and a club platform that can already run a tournament end to end. What's coming: one payments layer for the whole club — tournament entries, registrations and fundraising in one place, with transparent totals everyone can see — being built carefully, because handling a club's money deserves care.
